The Urban Land Institute's Orange County and Inland Empire Chapter recently asked us to help them develop a new promotional campaign to increase its membership and visibility. We created a "Legacy" campaign that features long-standing member firms and their staff, expressing the value they gain from ULI.

The series recognizes the enduring participation and commitment that its member organizations give to the District Council. The tagline "Invite someone you admire to join ULI today" not only asks new members to join, but encourages current members to invite their industry peers.

With "behind the scenes" video that captures the excitement of each photo shoot, the campaign has not only been successful in increasing membership, it has become a popular spotlight for member firms within the ULI community.

<![CDATA[Ten Years with Withee Malcolm Architects]]>Sat, 29 Apr 2017 01:28:14 GMThttp://nevellassociates.com/blog/ten-years-with-withee-malcolm-architectsPicture
We are very proud to celebrate our tenth year with Withee Malcolm Architects LLP, an award-winning residential and commercial industrial architectural firm based in California. We serve in the role traditionally handled by an in-house Marketing Director.

Withee Malcolm Architects recognizes that a sustained strategic marketing effort is critical to maintaining a strong market position with the potential for growth. Our approach gives WMA the flexibility to adjust the level of resources and expertise we bring to the firm at any given time depending on real-time market conditions.

For the last ten years, and with the support of a wonderful team of consultants that include Nancy Egan, Kristin Odermatt, and Doug Gfeller, we have had the good fortune to support Withee Malcolm with an effective, well balanced sales and marketing program.
